London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025

Help us beat heart and lung disease by taking on the only half marathon to go through Westminster and the City.

The race starts by Pall Mall, finishes by Downing Street and has fantastic views of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.

Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals are the largest specialist heart and lung centre in the UK and among the largest in Europe. With your support we can be there to provide equipment and fund research to treat heart and lung disease and make the hospital experience more comfortable for patients.
